Class Bookends:

  • Every class at Yoga On Davidson begins with grounding, allowing you to center your mind and body. Wind down at the end of each session with a cool-down featuring stretching and savasana, accompanied by the soothing touch of cool lavender towels.

In this heated environment at 90 degrees, experience the seamless connection of breath and movement as you flow through poses and sequences. Power

Unleash your inner strength in our Power class at Yoga On Davidson, heated to 100 degrees. Ignite the fire within as dynamic sequences and challenging postures elevate your practice. This energizing and invigorating class is designed to build strength, enhance stamina, and sharpen mental focus. Strength

a 45-minute weighted interval training session. Start with grounding exercises and invigorating sun salutations, then dive into dynamic weighted intervals to sculpt and tone in a short but powerful session. Finish with stretches and a brief savasana, leaving you energized and ready to conquer your day. Join us for a quick, effective, and empowering Strength class to kickstart your morning routine.
